Online orders
CRG Pro licences bought online (Professional and Team tiers) are sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
Renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date. If a renewal was charged by mistake, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal date.
Licences sold on quote
Educational, Enterprise and MSSP licences sold on quote are refundable under the terms of the quote or purchase order. Installation and customization already delivered may be charged pro rata.
How to ask for a refund
Email sales@cyberriskguardian.ca with your order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle refunds the payment method you used. After a refund, access to the paid editions is removed and the licence ends.
Your rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer protection law and Paddle's buyer terms.
